Return Policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, please contact us at sales@proplayerteam.com.
Please note that returns must be approved before they are sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@proplayerteam.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Custom Uniforms
Due to the custom nature of full sublimation uniforms, we do not offer refunds for custom or personalized uniforms.
If there is a manufacturing defect or another issue with your custom order, please email sales@proplayerteam.com within 2 days of receiving your shipment.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact sales@proplayerteam.com.
