Welcome to Pro Player Team ("Pro Player Team," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.proplayerteam.com and related services (the "Site"). By browsing the Site, creating an account, requesting a quote, approving artwork, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy are incorporated by reference. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding personal information, the Privacy Policy controls. If there is a conflict regarding returns or refunds, the Refund Policy controls.
1. Overview of our business
Pro Player Team is a team uniform and sporting-goods dealer serving schools, youth leagues, clubs, and recreation programs. We sell catalog/stock equipment and apparel, and we also design, decorate, and fulfill custom and made-to-order team uniforms and related products (including sublimated and decorated goods). Some catalog products may be listed as sold out. Custom uniforms are made to order after quote, artwork/proof approval, and roster/size confirmation.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have a parent/guardian place the order) to purchase from the Site. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Products, pricing, and errors
We make reasonable efforts to display products, colors, sizes, descriptions, and prices accurately. Colors and decoration on screen may differ from the finished product. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice before you place an order.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, availability, or description errors; to limit quantities; and to refuse, cancel, or modify an order (including after payment authorization) when necessary because of error, fraud risk, stock limits, or inability to fulfill. If we cancel a paid order for that reason, we will refund amounts paid for the canceled portion.
4. Online catalog orders
Placing an order on the Site is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we confirm or fulfill the order. You agree to provide accurate shipping, billing, and contact information and to pay all charges due, including applicable taxes and shipping.
5. Custom, decorated, and team orders
Custom and decorated orders (including sublimated uniforms, names/numbers, embroidery, heat press, altered goods, and similar personalization) typically follow this process:
- Quote or estimate based on style, quantities, decoration, and date needed
- Artwork / mockup / proof review and written (including email) approval
- Roster, sizes, and payment or purchase-order terms as agreed
- Production and shipping after approval
Lead times are measured from accepted art approval (not from the first quote or roster submission). Estimated lead times may be shown as examples such as 10-, 21-, 45-, or 60-day windows depending on style and decoration. Rush options may be available; site messaging states rush orders can be as fast as 5 days when style and decoration allow—we will confirm a delivery date before production when you request a quote.
Proof approval is final for decoration content. After you approve a proof, changes may not be possible, or may require additional charges and added time. Custom and decorated items are generally non-returnable except as stated in our Refund Policy (for example, verified manufacturing or decoration defects).
There are no order minimums for custom team uniforms as stated on our Site. We accept school and district purchase orders on agreed net terms; email POs to sales@proplayerteam.com.
6. Online team stores and spirit packs
When we set up an online team store or spirit pack, parents or players may order and pay individually under the store rules and close date we publish for that program. Team organizers are responsible for communicating sizing, deadlines, and design approvals to participants.
7. Shipping and delivery
Shipping methods, zones, and rates are described in our Shipping Policy. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the goods to the carrier, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and related sizing/returns guidance on the Site. Stock (non-decorated) items and custom/decorated items are treated differently under that policy.
9. Intellectual property
The Site, including text, graphics, logos, and layout (excluding third-party brand marks we are authorized to sell), is owned by Pro Player Team or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
For custom orders, you represent that you have the right to use any logos, names, numbers, or artwork you supply, and you grant us a license to reproduce that material solely to fulfill your order. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from artwork or marks you provide.
Brand names such as Adidas, Mizuno, Rawlings, and others are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an authorized dealer/reseller of branded goods where applicable; those brands are not endorsing these Terms.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping in a way that harms the Site, submitting malware, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in writing (including manufacturer warranties that pass through on branded goods) or as required by law, the Site and products are provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free Site operation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Player Team and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid us for that order.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Player Team from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or artwork/marks you supply for custom orders.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Washington State will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you other rights.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
